A: Yes, all prices found on www.AmericaPharmacy.com are in U.S. dollars.

Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A: At this point in time we do not ship any of our products to Canada.
Ordering Medication
Q. How do I order?

Q. Is a prescription required to order prescription medications?
A: Yes. We require a valid U.S or Canadian prescription for all prescription medications.
Q. Do I need to send in my original prescription?
A: Once you have placed your order either by phone or online you are required to mail in your original prescription to us at: 250 H Street #1010, Blaine WA, 98230.
* Note: This address is ONLY for original prescriptions. Product returns will not be accepted at this address.
Q. I am an existing customer and refilling my prescription medication. Do I need to send you my prescription again?
A: No. We keep your prescription on file. You will be required to send us your new prescription if you are ordering a new medication or if your existing medication is expired or has run out of refills.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A: Prescription orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your prescription(s). Once shipped, it will take approximately 10 business days for delivery. OTC orders are shipped within 2 business days. All prescription orders are shipped via Express mail (similar to USPS Priority Mail).
Q. How do I refill my medication?
A: Your refills can be placed either online or over the phone.
Q. Can I order products containing Ephedrine or Pseudoephedrine?
A: Federal and State regulations restrict the sale and purchase of products containing ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine and therefore if you are ordering a product containing these ingredients certain restrictions may apply.
Payment
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay by check.
Q. When do you bill my credit card?
A: We bill your credit card at the time of placing your order.
Shipping
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Americapharmacy.com charges $7.95 per total order.
Q. What countries do you ship medications to?
A: Americapharmacy.com ships within United States.
Refunds
Q. What if I need to return my order?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unopened products within 14 days and receive a full refund on your order. If your package has been opened, we will refund 50% of the value. We will even pay for your shipping cost to have the product returned to America Pharmacy. Simply call America Pharmacy within 14 days of receiving your package at 1-888-392-7257 and tell us why you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. If we are unable to make it right, we will be happy to explain how to return the package to us. Please note all sale items are a final sale.
