Q. Is a prescription required to order prescription medications?
A: Yes. We require a valid U.S or Canadian prescription for all prescription medications.
Q. Do I need to send in my original prescription?
A: Once you have placed your order either by phone or online you are required to mail in your original prescription to us at: 477 Peace Portal Dr Suite #439, Blaine WA, 98230.
* Note: This address is ONLY for original prescriptions. Product returns will not be accepted at this address.
Q. I am an existing customer and refilling my prescription medication. Do I need to send you my prescription again?
A: No. We keep your prescription on file. You will be required to send us your new prescription if you are ordering a new medication or if your existing medication is expired or has run out of refills.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A: Prescription orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your prescription(s). Once shipped, it will take approximately 10 business days for delivery. OTC orders are shipped within 2 business days. All prescription orders are shipped via Express mail (similar to USPS Priority Mail).
Q. How do I refill my medication?
A: Your refills can be placed either online or over the phone.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay by check.
Q. When do you bill my credit card?
A: We bill your credit card at the time of placing your order.
Shipping
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Americapharmacy.com charges $7.95 per total order.
Q. What countries do you ship medications to?
A: Americapharmacy.com ships within United States.
Refunds
Q. What if I need to return my order?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products within 14 days and receive a full refund on your order. We will even pay for your shipping cost to have the product returned to America Pharmacy.
